Dogs for rehoming

This is the page for dogs that came back and had been rehomed. We might occasionally post dogs that are in rescue that we were asked to help with rehoming.

If you are interested to rehome an older dog, please contact us and we will help you to find a suitable four legged friend!

  • Inspired By Nature Alta Escuela aka Ivy  Ivy is the mother of the mother of the F, G and J litter and is 7 years old. She is retired from breeding and she has home with us until the right retirement home is found. She is not going to first person that asks (3 potential homes were already rejected). Ivy is a lovely girl and deserve the best home for her. She can live with other males and a pup, she will not be good with another females – she is very dominant. She loves people and walks. She isn’t very interested in working as such – will play with bite sleeve, loves tyre in a garden, she is not interested in sheep herding. She likes agility and is pretty well trained. She doesn’t pull on leash and she has good recall. She is clean in the house but can not be crated. She does not like to be on her own for long, nights are absolutely fine. She sleeps well and eats well. She is neutered. She loves cuddles and loves playing with the owner. She is muzzle trained and has no problem with the vet visits either.

  • AnkerCanis Albus aka Uncas – Uncas is our purple boy from A litter. We picked him up on the 9th of November 2025. He will be back due to no fault of his own – he is very well trained, walks without the leash, is not dog nor people reactive, amazing companion and very friendly. He travels well in a car, doesn’t use crate in his current house. He is good with children and cats. ignore other dogs even if they are aggressive towards him. Uncas has now been reserved and all being well will be going to his new home end of November.

  • AnkerCanis Houdini aka Merlin (Previously Freddie) – Rehomed. Merlin came back to us initially for some leash training at the beginning of October 2024. When he arrived he was petrified of absolutely everything. This is not the jolly pup I gave at 8 weeks old. After a week working with him he has not had any problem on walking on the leash but was scared of even putting his collar on and absolutely anything. The decision was made that he is staying and will get retrained and will not be going back to his owners. His name was changed to ensure no association with old life, his collar, leash and everything else got changed and we started working very much with him. He is such a lovey boy, very friendly and love children. Merlin was rehomed in November 2024 and lives his best life.

  • AnkerCanis Finch aka Dave (previously Apollo) – Rehomed. Apollo came back end of August 2023 and was finally rehomed March 2024. Dave came back to us at almost 16 months old after very unforeseen circumstances (very loved and cared for dog in his first home). Unfortunately then he was rehomed twice and it didn’t work out and then landed in foster home. He found his new home in March 2024. Unfortunately Dave’s story didn’t end up well as it looks that he suffered some kind of PTSD and started being more aggressive without possibility to redirect. He sadly had to be PTS on the 27/06/2024. We found out after the fact and were not able to do anything.

  • AnkerCanis Falco aka Merlin – Rehomed. Merlin came back in November 2022 and was rehomed in February 2023. Merlin came back to us at 6 months old after his owner fell ill and could cope with demanding adolescent dog. We were told that he had some aggression issues toward other dogs. on closer inspection and work the dog was worked a bit too early and not enough socialisation was done. on the walks he would be scared of anything unfamiliar (dog poo bin, big plastic coffee cup etc). He found his new home in February 2023 and is very happy there.
